with Anna Svediese, Operations Manager of Santa Rosa Seafood.
Anna, of Marin Farmer's Market fame is "in the house" to teach us all about local seafood. Prepare to be amazed by this 16 year old with her remarkable knowledge and personality. The Generation Chefs and Chef Rachelle share a bountiful crab and seafood tasting with fresh, fantastic salads, pastas and appetizers made from the produce and products of the Marin Farmer's Market.
